Empowering Girls, One Pad at a Time

Pick A Pad for Girls Initiative is a non-profit organization committed to ensuring menstrual health and hygiene for every girl, empowering them to thrive with dignity and confidence. Founded with the belief that no girl should miss out on education or life opportunities due to lack of access to menstrual products, we strive to create a world where menstrual hygiene is a right, not a privilege.

Our Mission

Breaking the Stigma

Breaking the Stigma

Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and provide girls with the necessary tools, education, and support to manage their periods safely and hygienically. We achieve this by distributing free sanitary pads, conducting educational outreaches in schools, and engaging communities in meaningful conversations about menstrual health.

Since our inception, we have reached numerous girls in remote and underserved areas, providing them with the resources they need to stay in school, maintain their health, and feel empowered. Through the generosity of our sponsors and volunteers, Pick A Pad continues to grow, making a real difference in the lives of girls across the region.
